Coastal Subdivisions
Preparation of five small scale subdivisions within or near the coastal erosion areas along the Byron Shire coastline. (2008-2014)
South Ballina Coastal Dwellings
Preparation of four development applications for dwelling houses and ancillary development on four parcels of land with a total area of over 183 hectares and covering 2.7 kilometres of coastline. Development consent was granted by the Land & Environment Court consistent with my evidence to the Court. (2007)
Coastal Dwellings I have completed projects involving fifteen dwelling houses along the coastline in Ballina, Byron, Tweed and Gold Coast Local Government Areas. These projects have involved large dwellings with both visual and sensitive coastal environmental issues. (2005 – 2014)
Boundary Creek Environmental Management Plan
Preparation of an Environmental Management Plan to improve the environmental outcomes associated with the development of a five lot subdivision of degraded ocean front land. (2008)
